Shipping Policy
Free Shipping Over $100 – if order is over $100 of medical supplies, food items, or incontinence products. This includes orders of lightweight DME equipment. If the order is less than $100 dollars, a $9.99 or $24.95 shipping fee will be charged based on the order.
Medical Supplies – $9.99 flat fee per order, regardless of size, quantity, or weight.
Food Items (Boost, Ensure, etc.) – $9.99 flat fee per order, regardless of size, quantity, or weight.
Incontinence Products – $9.99 per case freight fee applies, regardless of size, quantity, or weight.
Lightweight DME Equipment (walkers, rollators, canes, commodes, crutches, etc.) – $9.99 flat fee per order.
Wheelchairs – $24.95 flat fee per order.
Bulk Freight – Orders need to meet a $350 minimum to receive free freight. – For orders less than $350, there will be an actual freight cost, plus a 15% up-charge. Please contact us for details.
