This is to inform you of our reship no charge, damaged, or non-delivered items policy. At this time any damages or non-shipments must be reported within 5 days of the delivery date. If an item is showing delivered, we will not be able to replace the item for a no charge reship after 5 days past the delivery date. Within the 5-day window, we can process a no charge reship. If the items are damaged, they must be reported within 5 days of the delivery date to receive credit for damaged goods or a reship no charge.
